Built-in Pergola, 155E, Riel, NL

A detached house in Riel (NL) with the sounding name Maison le Jeune is equipped with a slatted roof. 

The installation of a louver roof has already been taken into account when designing the house. The slatted roof could therefore easily be mounted on the steel construction.

The residents ultimately opted for the 155-E louver. With this type, the slats not only fall over each other, but also interlock into each other. This way a waterproof surface is created.

And to prevent you from looking at the system while sitting under the slatted roof, it has been placed upside down on request. The steel construction allowed this.

The aluminium components, such as the slats and the supports, are made of anodized aluminium. The plastic parts are in light grey.
