Quadro Lamellendak, Geldrop, NL
With the Strabrechtse Heide in the south and an Animal Kingdom in the centre, there is plenty of entertainment for nature lovers and hikers alike in the East Brabant municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo.
Here is a detached house fitted with a slatted roof, by Sunshield. The residents have opted for the Quadro. This louver roof owes its name to its robust, cubist appearance.
The Quadro is available as a built-in roof (no legs), for wall mounting (two legs) and completely self-supporting (four legs). The residents have opted for the free-standing variant here, with four legs.
The roof is bespoke, of course, and measures 3895 x 4340 mm, so that it fits well with the outbuilding.
The construction and blades are coated in RAL-9005 with a fine structure. Due to this structure, the aluminium has a tactile relief, which further enhances the exclusive appearance.
The Quadro roof is waterproof when the slats are closed. Rainwater is collected in the gutter and drained through two legs to the garden.
Atmospheric LED lighting has been placed in the four sides of the supporting structure, pleasant evenings can last as long as the company pleases.
