Trapezia, 75E, Private Home, Krosno, PL
Krosno is a historic town in southeastern Poland. This medieval fortified town has a rich history as a trading centre and is still well known for its glass and crystal work.
Here is a modern country house fitted with unique louvers. By Sunshield in collaboration with business partner Saluza, located in Lewin Brzeski (PL).
On the first floor, a sun blind with horizontal, movable slats has been installed that starts as a rectangle at the base, but after about 70 centimetres transforms into a triangular shape.
The total area of 13 m2 is divided over two trapeziums. The left and right parts each have their own motor and can therefore be used independently of each other.
The owners opted for the 75-E louver. A blade with a rounded shape and a width of 75 mm. When the slats are fully open, the view between the louver is 70 mm.
The aluminium parts such as the louvers are coated in RAL 7016, anthracite grey. The plastic parts are in black.
