Sliding Panels, Team VIRTUe, Solar Decathlon Europe 2021

VIRTUe is a multidisciplinary student team from the University of Technology in Eindhoven, Netherlands. VIRTUe participates in the Solar Decathlon Europe 2021/2. 

This is the largest building competition challenging university teams from all over the world to design, build and operate highly efficient, solar-powered, innovative homes. 

VIRTUe strives to activate people towards an environmentally friendly mindset with an attractive design that is adaptable to different situations.

Sunshield has partnered with Team VIRTUe and supplied custom made sliding panels and motors. Each panel measures 1200 x 2800 mm. 

The final stage takes place in Wuppertal, Germany, and takes off in April 2022. The VIRTUe Team already achieved so much. Go Team VIRTUe! All the best with the finals.
